Ending a subscription

Cancellation happens inside the portal. Writing to support@equityitsolutions.com works equally well, so long as the message arrives from an address already on the account. Cancelling stops the next collection and unwinds none that came before it.

Service continues undiminished until the covered period runs out. Agents stay active, engineers stay available, and a handover is worked through properly, with your material retrieved from each platform that permits such a thing.

Why a partial month is not split

Cancelling nine days into a collected period shortens nothing and returns nothing. Rates across this catalog are built on a month that does not divide. Carving fractions from it for some practices would push the cost of doing so onto all the others.

Situations where money returns automatically

Certain outcomes are plainly our fault, and none of them should require you to assemble an argument.

• Duplicate collection. Confirmed duplicates return in full immediately.
• Quantity error. Collected against more units than your practice ever agreed to, and the surplus goes back.
• Collection after cancellation. Money taken once a cancellation was already with us returns entirely.
• Undeliverable entry. An order accepted, then found to be impossible on your platform, means that entry is refunded whole.

Approved refunds route to whichever card was collected from. Banks typically take a week or so to display one.

Situations where money stays with us

• A covered period that elapsed while your firm chose not to use the service.
• Deployment held up by hardware left unenrolled or tenants left unconnected.
• A period during which everything operated correctly and nothing failed.
• A regulatory finding, a penalty, or a loss. None of those belong inside a refund policy, and the liability clause in the terms of service is the relevant text.
• Deployment effort already expended on a rollout you subsequently abandoned.

Come to us before your bank

A chargeback opened without warning locks the account and generally halts the protection while the dispute proceeds, which is an unfortunate position for a firm holding client records. Approach us first. Genuine errors are corrected rapidly and in writing, and refunding a month costs us far less trouble than disputing one.

Moving quantities up or down

Both entries and quantities are adjustable from the portal. Additions bill from the following cycle and reductions apply from the following cycle too. Nothing in this catalog carries a minimum commitment, an automatic renewal window, or a notice period anybody has to diarise.
